HiKu delivers to the United Arab Emirates.
HiKu will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
Delivery charges will be indicated during your check out process, in UAE currency.
Orders across the United Arab Emirates are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Return and Exchange Policy
At the Time of Delivery
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
Contact our Customer Care team immediately with your Order ID and photos of the package. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost, where applicable.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
